At Gulmehar, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you find any reason to return or exchange your purchase, please review our policy below:
Exchanges
- All purchases are non refundable.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase or receiving date.

Items must be in original, unused , unwashed condition, with tags and packaging intact and securely packed.
- Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
- customised orders are not exchangeable nor refundable

Exchange is subject to stock availability. Requested item or size must be avaialable to initiate exchange.
Returns
- All purchases are non refundable.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Flat rate return shipping: Rs. 450 will be charged on all accepted returns.

No restocking fee will be applied.

Return for refund is only applicable if the article is faulty or damaged

A replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution will be provided.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method ,No cash refunds. Bank reversals and store credits are allowed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged Only size exchange is allowed [if available].

One specific collection is excluded from return eligibility and will be clearly labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Items purchased during sale events or using discount codes are also non-returnable.
How to Return or Exchange

Repack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation in the parcel.

Send the parcel to:

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange within 7 business days.
*Please note that images of each product’s color and design may vary slightly from actual product's color and design, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time, size and other factors.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gulmehar.com or +92-326-6331010. We will offer an exchange only for the same or similar item. Refunds are not provided in these cases.
